You’re invited to ThrowFest: Discus Morning, a full-day event dedicated to discus throwers who want to learn, train, compete - and have fun doing it.

This day is for U16–U20 athletes from across Denmark. Whether you’re new to discus or looking to sharpen your skills, this is your chance to throw, grow and connect with others who love the sport.

09:30 – Welcome & check-in
10:00 – Technical training session led by national coaches
11:30 – Talk: “Key Technical Concepts in Discus Throw”
12:00 – Lunch break. Bring own lunch.
